Key Responsibilities: The role combines customer support with administrative and sales-enabling tasks: Inquiry Management : Responding to client questions via phone, email, and social media regarding property listings, pricing, and payment plans. Documentation Support : Assisting clients with the property acquisition process, including explaining terms and preparing essential documents like Deeds of Assignment or Survey plans. Conflict Resolution : Efficiently resolving client complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments. Lead Management : Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule property viewings, and coordinate client meetings. Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate client records and transaction history within the company's CRM software. Follow-ups : Engaging with existing clients after a purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships for potential referrals. Core Requirements & Skills Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
