Base & facilities Management Evaluating rehabilitation needs and following up minor buildingrehabilitation work in accord-ance with instructions given by his supervisor, and accounting to him/her on progress. Monitor maintenance activities of infrastructures and write reports Ensure the check and follow-up of facilities under the line manager supervision. Carrying out daily visits to the facilities, reporting any anomalies or problems to the line man-ager. Supervise the daily logistics activities and provide maintenance to the ALIMA equipment’s, facilities and infrastructures, accordingto ALIMA protocolsin order to maintain the facilities in perfect conditions and collaborate in the development of the mission. Make sure that the compound& office facilities are clean & neat at all times,allocate specific duties and communicate effectively to the relevant staff. Ensure that all gardening & watering is made regularly to the guest house & offices including pruning tasks at all times. Assets Management Management of non-medical stocks and equipment according to ALIMA standards, have stock management cards and track consumption rates, manage the wastage rates. Ensure that All fixed Assets& equipment are codded, labeled& tagged in visible terms as per ALIMA’S standard Codding system & are tagged accordingly Update the fixed Assetsregister on a regular basis and track movement of Assets as per standards. Follow up on Asset &Equipment status for maintenance & disposal purposesbased on ALIMA’S standards & Donor requirements: Ware house/store &Stock Management Manage and follow up Procurements Responsible for the wholeprocurement life cycle including Procurement planning updates. Advices the team and other departments on the availability of the requested products on the local market in terms of quantity, quality and time constraint Collects the final versionsof internal order documents reviewand makes the necessary pro-cessing according to the validation table Send RFQ’s,RFPs and orderclarifications to the selected suppliersby ALIMA Nigeria Regular Assessment of LOCAL market in order to create and update list of the most conven-ient suppliers, prices, etc. Checks that ALIMAs procedures are followed during local purchasing (quotes and bids to tender), ensures correct financial conditions and negotiates with service providers Follows up on orders and outstanding Deliveries and makingsure that full/complete deliveries are made by suppliers at all time. Updates the contact list with pricelists and maintainsa network and good professional rela-tions with the various partners Follow up the orderduring the whole supply process,keeping the Logistics Managerupdated. Reacts in orderto take appropriate measures according to field’s supplypriorities
