The successful candidates will undergo structured training and hands-on experience: across key areas of sales, business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The program is designed to develop high-performing future sales professionals and business leaders. Key Responsibilities: Participate actively in the company's management and sales trainee program. Learn and understand the company's products, services, sales processes, and target market. Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets. Conduct market research and monitor customer and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports. Attend client meetings, sales calls, product demonstrations, and business development activities. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. Follow up on prospects and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and other development activities. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or any related field. 0–2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
