As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, issuing and reissuing tickets, handling itinerary changes, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Are you an experienced Ticketing Agent with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences? Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional customer support before, during, and after ticket issuance. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Process refunds, exchanges, and ticket revalidation in accordance with airline policies. Ensure accuracy of all travel bookings and documentation. Advise clients on the best flight options, fares, and travel routes. Resolve ticketing issues and customer complaints efficiently. Maintain accurate booking records and prepare periodic reports. Handle flight reservations and itinerary modifications. Stay updated on airline schedules, fare changes, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
