The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Provide management with financial insights and reports to support decision-making. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting documents. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or irregularities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial documentation. Prepare and file relevant tax and statutory returns as required. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and payment processing. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies. Track income, expenses, budgets, and financial transactions. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience: in the real estate industry is an added advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
