Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Support the ongoing renovation and develop a planned maintenance schedule for the property going forward Track expenditure and manage the maintenance budget Arrange and manage contracts for maintenance, waste removal, landscaping and security, including disputes with service providers Maintain an asset register and service history for all plant and equipment Conduct routine inspections of all facilities to detect and resolve faults Ensure all department workers adhere to safety policies and procedures Establish a system of continuous improvement across the estate, working closely with departmental staff Identify neglected maintenance activity, advise management, and implement corrective action Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Estate Management, Building Technology or a related engineering discipline, with proof of qualification.
