Responsibilities: Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programs. Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable and reusable code. Coordinate cross-functionally, to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards Document codes including but not limited to reports writing, user manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of the software(s). Optimize database queries for performance. Mentor and guide young Software Developer Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures for software architecture. Support customers / users Determine operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirement gathering, solution development, and proposed solutions for software applications. Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements Integrate third-party APIs and services. Participate in code reviews and debugging Design, implement, and maintain databases. Write and conduct unit test and deployment of new products and features Key Performance Indicator Code Quality- Ensure to write clean, maintainable and efficient codes. Timely project delivery- Meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality software within specified timelines. Features Implementation- Number of successfully implemented features or user stories Minimizing the numbers of bugs and issues in the codebase Documentation Quality -Completeness and clarity of technical documentation.
