We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Content Strategist & Creator to join our Marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: Translate business objectives, product priorities, and campaign goals into relevant content opportunities. Develop content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives. Research emerging trends, formats, and opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Generate original content ideas based on audience insights, trends, and platform performance. Create monthly content themes, campaigns, and content pillars. Contribute strategic recommendations during monthly marketing planning sessions. Content Creation & Production: Conceptualise, script, shoot, direct, edit, and produce engaging short-form video content. Participate in on-site product, lifestyle, and campaign shoots. Create content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels. Ensure all content is optimised for each platform and aligned with brand standards. Create supporting graphics, carousels, and promotional creatives where required. Creative Direction & Quality Assurance: Maintain an organised content asset library. Drive the creative vision behind content produced. Direct talent and participate in on-camera content where required. Review content quality before submission, including audio, visuals, captions, and overall execution. Ensure consistency in storytelling, visual identity, tone, and brand presentation. Performance & Optimisation: Monitor content performance metrics, including reach, engagement, watch time, retention, and conversions. Support weekly and monthly content performance reviews. Recommend improvements based on audience behaviour and platform trends. Use performance data to improve future content direction and execution. Campaign Support: Develop content assets for marketing campaigns and product promotions. Support event coverage, activations, and content-driven marketing initiatives. Produce creatives for paid advertising campaigns where required. Requirements: Candidates with exceptional portfolios may be considered even if they have less than the stated years of experience. Strong video shooting and editing skills. Strong storytelling, visual composition, and creative thinking abilities. Experience: creating content for consumer, food, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is an advantage. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content trends. Portfolio of previous work is mandatory. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design skills. Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software. OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience: in content creation, content strategy, social media, or a related role.
