The ideal candidate should be passionate about media and entertainment, possess excellent organisational skills, and be flexible enough to work outside regular hours when events require. We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Creative & Administrative Assistant to support a professional Master of Ceremonies (MC) with both administrative and event-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate event itineraries, bookings, and logistics. Respond to basic enquiries and maintain professional communication with clients where required. Assist with planning and coordinating the employer’s daily schedule and appointments. Run occasional work-related errands as assigned. Accompany the employer to events and provide on-site support before, during, and after each event. Assist with filming, basic video editing, and content creation for social media platforms. Schedule and publish content across social media channels. Capture behind-the-scenes content during events and other engagements. Organise files, documents, and other administrative records. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Requirements: Must be reliable, professional, and willing to travel to event locations. Strong organisational and time management skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling. Candidate should reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Maryland, Somolu, Yaba, or nearby areas for easy mobility. Basic knowledge of content filming and video editing. Experience: in media, entertainment, content creation, or a similar field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Work Schedule: On event days, the assistant is expected to accompany the employer to event venues, and work may extend into the evening depending on the event schedule. Hybrid work arrangement.
