The successful candidate will control access to the premises, monitor guest behavior, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with venue policies while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or other safety situations. De-escalate conflicts professionally and remove disruptive individuals when necessary. Conduct routine security checks and monitor for suspicious activities. Prepare incident reports and document security-related events. Maintain order within the venue and respond promptly to disturbances. Control entry and exit of guests and verify eligibility for admission. Work closely with management and security personnel to ensure a safe environment. Enforce venue rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures. Requirements: Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification. Good grooming and professional appearance. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late nights. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally. Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods. Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Previous experience: as a bouncer, security officer, or in a similar role is an advantage.
