We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Inventory Assistant Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials. Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Update inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software. Monitor stock levels and promptly report low stock or discrepancies. Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations. Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch. Ensure inventory is handled safely to prevent damage or loss. Label and categorize inventory for easy identification and retrieval. Support warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with the Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely movement of goods. Follow company policies, operational procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines. Qualifications Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Previous warehouse or inventory experience: is an added advantage. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
