We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Customer Service Supervisor – Electronics and Home appliances Job Location: Ikate, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to oversee customer service operations across multiple retail branches within the consumer electronics and home appliances industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing customer complaints, coordinating after-sales support, and driving service excellence across all locations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise customer service operations across all branches. Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures. Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate after-sales support, including product issues, warranties, exchanges, and returns. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement. Work closely with Branch Managers to ensure consistent service delivery. Train, coach, and support customer service representatives and branch teams. Track and report customer complaints, resolutions, and service performance. Ensure timely follow-up with customers on outstanding issues. Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to improve the overall customer experience. Prepare periodic customer service and after-sales performance reports. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience: in customer service within the consumer electronics, home appliances, telecommunications, or retail industry. At least 2 years of experience: in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong experience: in complaint resolution and after-sales service management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service reporting. Ability to work across multiple branches and manage competing priorities. Salary N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
