We are looking for a Product Manager with proven experience: building and scaling cross-border payment and remittance product. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery to delivery—while working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong operator who can translate strategy into execution, lead a Scrum team, and deliver high-impact financial products in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Ownership: Identify market opportunities across corridors, customer segments, and use cases. Balance business goals (revenue, cost, growth) with user experience: and compliance requirements. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cross-border payments and remittance solutions. Execution & Delivery: Own product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration. Drive timely execution with a strong bias for action. Prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment. Break down complex initiatives into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Scrum & Agile Leadership: Ensure clarity, focus, and continuous improvement within the team. Act as Product Owner for Scrum teams Partner closely with the UI/UX designer, engineering, and QA testers to remove blockers. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership. Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities and delivery timelines. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, risk, and finance teams. Customer & Market Insight: Continuously improve customer journeys and conversion rates. Understand key challenges in international payments (fees, FX, speed, transparency, regulation). Gather and synthesize customer feedback. Data & Performance: Define and track KPIs (e.g., transaction success rate, time to settlement, cost per transaction, user growth). Use data to inform decisions, run experiments, and optimize performance. Required Qualifications Strong experience: acting as a Product Owner in Scrum / Agile environments. Experience: working with APIs, payment rails, FX. At least 3 years of Product Management experience. Demonstrated ability to drive execution and ship products at scale. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience: working on cross-border payments, remittance, fintech, or financial services products. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong product thinking with a focus on customer value. Excellent stakeholder and communication skills. Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
