We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: IT Officer Job Location: Mkpat Enin, Uyo - Akwa Ibom Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company IT systems, hardware, software, and networks. Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues. Install and maintain computers, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, emails, access permissions, and data backups. Monitor internet connectivity, system performance, and IT security. Maintain IT asset records and software licenses. Implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices. Liaise with external IT vendors and support digital operations. Requirements: B.Sc. / HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of experience: in IT support or a similar role. Experience: in a factory, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an advantage. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and Windows. Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, routers, switches, and firewalls. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
