This role is ideal for someone who can take an idea, translate it into a structured execution plan, coordinate the relevant stakeholders, and drive it through to successful completion. Our partner is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Program Manager to coordinate and deliver strategic programmes, conferences, partnerships, mentorship initiatives, and community activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO and other internal stakeholders to strengthen existing initiatives and create repeatable systems that enable programmes and communities to operate effectively with minimal executive intervention. Key Responsibilities: Programme and Project Management: Track programme deliverables, deadlines, risks, outcomes, and stakeholder commitments. Develop programme timelines, workplans, task trackers, budgets, and execution plans. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of programme objectives. Establish repeatable systems and processes for recurring programmes. Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic programmes and initiatives from conception to completion. Monitor progress, identify execution gaps, and proactively resolve challenges. Conference and Event Management: Coordinate speaker briefings, schedules, communication, and logistics. Take ownership of the planning and execution of conferences and related events. Manage pre-event, event-day, and post-event communication. Identify, approach, onboard, and manage speakers. Prepare post-event reports and manage outstanding follow-up activities. Coordinate registration, participant communication, and attendee management. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and other service providers to ensure smooth delivery. Identify and engage potential sponsors and strategic partners. Product Adoption and User Engagement: Track participation, feedback, adoption challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess: A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to work. Two to five years of experience: in programme management, project coordination, community management, events, NGO / non-profit operations, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, speakers, sponsors, partners, vendors, and community members.
