Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work shifts and overtime when required. Work with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime. Identify and report machine faults, abnormalities, or operational issues. Monitor machine performance and production output during operations. Support the achievement of daily production targets. Operate production and industrial machines safely and efficiently. Ensure products meet required quality and production standards. Conduct routine machine checks and basic cleaning. Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Requirements: Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years’ experience: operating machines in a manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Previous experience: with industrial/production machines is highly desirable.
