Responsibilities Develop and maintain the company's visual identity and brand consistency across digital and print Design marketing materials brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, presentations, and other promotional assets Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads Plan, shoot, and edit video content property walkthroughs, project progress updates, corporate events, interviews, testimonials, and campaigns Operate professional camera, drone, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment Produce short and long-form content for social media and marketing use Work with the Sales & Marketing team to plan and execute creative campaigns Organize and archive project files, ensuring everything is backed up and retrievable Stay current on design and content trends Support other departments with design, presentations, and event branding as needed Meet agreed quality standards and deadlines on all deliverables Requirements A strong portfolio showing skill in both graphic design and video production Hands-on experience with professional camera, drone, gimbal, lighting, and audio equipment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) and video editing softwares Real estate, property, or construction content experience is an advantage Strong attention to detail and understanding of premium brand standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables to deadline Check how your CV aligns with this job Method of Application Send your CV and a portfolio to careers@primestixng.com, using the subject line Graphic Designer / Video Editor – Abuja Build your CV for free.
