The ideal candidate will work across engineering and strategy to build an MVP that meets technical and market requirements. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Own the product development process from concept to MVP launch, working closely with the technical team. Translate business and customer requirements: into clear product specifications and development plans. Coordinate the integration of hardware components (sensors, meters, control units) with the software platform. Prototype, test, and iterate on product features based on technical feasibility and user needs. Maintain and manage the product roadmap and development timeline. Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions, particularly within the BEMS/smart metering space. Work with the founding team to define product-market fit as the company scales. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience: in product development, ideally with exposure to hardware-software integrated products or IoT. Familiarity with product management tools - Notion, Trello, Jira- and prototyping tools - Figma.
