Optimize inventory management, maintain a visually appealing sales floor, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold operational excellence. Understanding the FoodCo culture and promoting this at the retail outlets. Learning how to cross sell to customers and excelling in this skill. Requirements: Leadership potential- Ability to motivate others towards accomplishing departmental goals. Minimum graduating GPA- second class upper/upper credit Passion for service- constantly going the extra mile to delight customers.
