We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations Intern Job ID: OPERA005523 Location : Kano Grade: Intern Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Specialist Job Summary The role provides hands-on experience: in procurement processes, vendor management, asset and inventory tracking, and general office operations. The Operations Intern will support the Operations team in executing procurement, administrative, logistics, and office support functions. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Support: Support the PRiFN project team with the preparation of Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Support the Operations Specialist with filing of procurement documents Support the Operations Specialist with the preparation of Purchase Orders outside GPS Support vendor follow-ups and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Support the Operations Specialist as required in the procurement process in line with policies and procedures Asset & Inventory Management Support: Support the Operations Specialist in updating the asset register for the Kano Office. Administrative & Office Support: Support the Operations Specialist in coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Logistics & Travel Support: Support the coordination of travel arrangements for the PRiFN Team. Required Qualifications And Experience: Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Good communication (written and verbal) skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
