Duties Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the company Develop Recruitment proposals for new and existing customers Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires. Use enterprise applicant tracking technology and innovative recruiting tools to review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts and determine and instruct the next course of action. Work closely with the managing consultant to Develop, implement, and manage the firm’s business development and client services plan Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process. Develop a position profile to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.) Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Work with the sourcing analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role. Create a comprehensive job description based on the consultant's specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways. Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of the enterprise applicant tracking system Identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients, prospect for potential leads, uncover needs within those prospects, and qualify those leads for the wider team at the company. Develop comprehensive interview reports for all shortlisted candidates Develop new Human resources products in all areas of Recruitment and Outsourcing Consulting Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process Qualifications Must demonstrate initiative, be highly organised, be able to manage multiple projects while prioritising work assignments, and be able to work well with staff at all levels in the organisation. Enthusiastic about contributing to our growing business, its brand, processes and client base Measurable track record of success in external sales/business development. Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with proven results Proven record of strong leadership and consensus-building skills. B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Humanities or any other social science-related management course. Consulting firm experience: is an added advantage Salary N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
