Entry Level Job Type Full time Work Mode On site Education: Bachelor Category Customer Service Representative ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 per Monthly Job Description A Graduate Trainee is an entry-level role designed to train recent graduates across different functions of a company. Think of it as a 6-24 month rotation program where you learn the business from the ground up and figure out where you fit be. Main Purpose* To build a pipeline of future managers and specialists by giving graduates hands-on exposure, mentorship, and structured training across departments like HR, Operations, Sales, Finance, or Tech. Key Responsibilities* - *Rotations*: Work in 2-4 departments for 3-6 months each. Example: 3 months in Recruitment, 3 months in Employee Relations, 3 months in Learning & Dev. - *Project work*: Handle small projects end-to-end under supervision. Could be data analysis, process mapping, or supporting a product launch. - *Learning & reporting*: Attend training sessions, complete assigned courses, and present learnings to your cohort/manager. - *Daily operations*: Support the team with admin, data entry, documentation, and basic analysis. It’s entry-level, so expect some grunt work. - *Feedback & evaluation*: Monthly reviews with your mentor to track progress and identify strengths/gaps. - *Skills*: - Analytical thinking and problem solving - Good communication - written and verbal - MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Adaptability and willingness to learn fast - *Soft traits*: Curiosity, ownership, professionalism.
