To support the company's digital transformation initiatives by identifying, analysing, and optimizing business processes through automation. Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Improvement: Design future-state processes that improve efficiency and productivity. Analyze and document current business processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes suitable for automation. Requirements: Analysis: Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements. Translate business requirements: into clear automation and technical specifications. Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure requirements: are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Automation Design & Implementation: Monitor automated processes and identify opportunities for further optimization. Design, develop, implement, or oversee business process automation solutions.
