Maintain discipline while fostering a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to students. Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all boarding students. Liaise effectively with parents, teachers, school administrators, and healthcare providers. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Child Development, or a related field.
