Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, SLAs, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents. Manage legal risks, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance requirements. Coordinate external counsel, litigation, legal notices, and regulatory matters. Maintain statutory records, filings, corporate documentation, and contract registers. Support HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Internal Control on legal matters. Strengthen legal compliance, data protection, and governance frameworks. Requirements: LL.B and Call to the Nigerian Bar (B.L) required. Minimum 5 years post-call experience: in corporate/commercial law. Strong experience: in contract/SLA review, legal advisory, compliance, and corporate governance. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate, commercial, labour, regulatory, and contract law. LL.M or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
