Coordinate artisans, craftsmen, and contractors on site. Create and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Carry out site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications. Identify and promptly flag site challenges that arise to the senior team. Support the procurement and delivery of materials and furnishings. Document project progress and maintain comprehensive project files. Support project quality inspections before final client handover.
