Supervise contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and site personnel. Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate daily site activities and allocate resources effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Develop and implement site work plans in collaboration with project managers and consultants. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
