We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Aba, Abia Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, generator, and related systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain HVAC and air-conditioning equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC faults. Conduct routine checks on generators and utility systems. Support emergency repairs when required. Inspect hotel equipment and building systems. Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations. Follow all health, safety, and technical procedures. Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues. Respond quickly to maintenance requests and breakdowns. Support maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, rooftop bar, kitchen, gym, and conference facilities. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Requirements: Ability to work shifts and participate in on-call duties. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Hotel or commercial building experience: is an advantage. Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures. OND/HND/Trade Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field. 2–4 years' practical maintenance experience.
