The successful candidate will be responsible for cocktail development, beverage standards, stock control, beverage costing, team supervision, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality checks and cocktail tastings. Ensure consistency in cocktail taste, portion, garnish, glassware, and presentation. Develop innovative signature and seasonal cocktails. Monitor beverage costs and minimise stock variances. Manage beverage inventory, stock levels, requisitions, and wastage. Establish and maintain standardised cocktail recipes and presentation standards. Support beverage promotions and revenue-generating initiatives. Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards. Lead and manage the rooftop bar beverage programme. Train, supervise, and develop Mixologists and bar staff. Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, wines, beers, and modern mixology techniques. Requirements: Professional Mixology or Hospitality certification is an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-service skills. Proven experience: developing and managing a cocktail programme. Good understanding of beverage costing and inventory management. 3 –5 years of professional mixology or bartending experience. Experience: in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, lounge, or rooftop bar is an advantage. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails. Previous experience: in a senior Mixologist, Bar Supervisor, or Head Mixologist position.
