Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Plan and manage daily assembly line operations and production schedules. Monitor productivity, OEE, cycle time, downtime, quality, and production costs. Lead and supervise assembly supervisors, line leaders, and technicians. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. Implement Lean Manufacturing practices including 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM, and SMED. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards. Manage material flow and optimize manpower and resources. Support new product introduction, changeovers, and process improvements. Prepare production reports and recommend operational improvements.
