Position Summary The Finance Professional will provide strategic leadership for the company’s finance function and oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting the organization’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals. * Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans. * Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital to ensure financial stability. * Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. * Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial governance processes. * Coordinate external audits and liaise with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. * Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to executive management. * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance. Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. * Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) is mandatory. * Minimum of 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role. * Experience: in the healthcare, HMO, insurance, or financial services sector will be an added advantage. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting, treasury management, and corporate governance. * Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
