We are looking for a diligent and well-organized team member to join our Risk department as a Zonal Credit Manager. The Employee will drive the efforts and processes related to collections of our PAYG products in the field. They will also give advice and suggestions on how to improve customer payments and satisfaction while ensuring that the company's offer matches end-users' expectations. What you would be expected to do Suggest enhancements to current processes and policies to avoid operational risks. Carry out periodic spot checks on processes and provide findings and recommendations on the risks identified. Red flag identification and timely reporting of the same Investigate fraud cases and give recommendations on the same (which includes data collection and interviewing claimants). Any other task allocated by the Credit Manager Present ideas via reports and presentations, outline findings, and make recommendations for improvements. Assist your Credit Manager in developing methodologies to improve the current processes. Identify and classify potential default risk through data collection and interaction with clients. Preparation of field reports/collation of data/documentation and report. Assist the Credit Process Manager in implementing audit recommendations. You might be a strong candidate if you Are proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level). Have a minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in the Control and Compliance/Risk department. Have previous work experience: in MFIs or banks. Possess strong data collection skills. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Are excellent at fraud detection & investigation. Have good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). Are multilingual ( English & Yoruba).
