About The Programme Selected participants will go through a structured development journey that includes: Career Opportunity – The top performers will be recommended for selection as Sales Executives. Classroom Sales Training – Build strong foundations in sales, customer engagement, negotiation, prospecting and commercial execution. Job Shadowing – Learn directly from experienced sales professionals. Practical Sales Simulations – Apply your learning through role plays, case studies, presentations and sales challenges.
