The Company has vast experience: in the importation, supply, distribution, and storage of Petroleum Products and is also actively involved in the official export of Crude Oil from Nigeria being one of the twenty-seven Companies approved by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for allocation and export of Nigerian Crude Oil. Presently, amongst other facilities, the Company operates two (2) Ultra-Modern Mega Petroleum Products Storage Terminals with a combined capacity of 96.8 million litres certified and duly licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and an Ultra-Modern Berthing Facility with an International state of the art Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment in the Calabar Free Trade Zone, Cross River State. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Protocol Assistant Location: Lagos (Onsite) / Eastern States Job Objective To provide general and administrative protocol services support to the Company. Main Key Responsibilities: Provide protocol and logistical support for the Company’s executives, guests, visitors, and other stakeholders during official engagements. Assist with visa applications, travel documentation, permits, and other official documentation where required. Receive and provide appropriate assistance to Company guests and visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous experience. Coordinate airport pick-ups, drop-offs, transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related arrangements for executives and official guests. Perform other protocol, administrative, and logistical duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager.Perform any other immigration and protocol duties as may be assigned. Process and follow up on protocol-related requests, invoices, and supporting documentation in line with Company procedures. Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, official visits, protocol activities, and related documentation. Ensure vehicles, drivers, accommodation, meeting venues, and other logistical requirements: are appropriately coordinated for official assignments. Provide support in managing invitations, guest lists, seating arrangements, and other protocol requirements: for corporate events. Maintain professional relationships with relevant service providers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth protocol operations. Support the planning and coordination of official meetings, events, ceremonies, conferences, and corporate functions. Liaise with relevant internal departments, government agencies, embassies, airports, hotels, airlines, and other external organisations on protocol-related matters. Assist with flight bookings, itinerary preparation, hotel reservations, and other travel logistics as required. Handle sensitive and confidential information relating to executives, guests, and Company activities with utmost discretion. Monitor travel schedules and promptly communicate any changes, delays, cancellations, or other developments to relevant parties. Assist in coordinating executive movements and ensure that all logistical arrangements are confirmed ahead of scheduled engagements. Qualification / Experience: / Key Competencies Good knowledge of travel arrangements, airport procedures, hospitality services, and corporate protocol.
