We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: HR Supervisor Job Location : Lekki, Lagos Key Roles / Responsibilities: Lead recruitment and selection processes Develop and implement HR policies. Oversee performance management and staff development. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Manage and supervise payroll administration. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Strong communication, coordination and maintain a positive organizational culture. Qualifications and Experiences Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related fields; 5 to 7 years of relevant experience: in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities. Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred. Proficiency in MS O?ice Suite and Google Workspace. Proven experience: in Payroll Administration, including salary processing, statutory remittances and payroll compliance. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Applicants must be residing around Lekki/Ajah axis.
