Key Responsibilties Customer Intake & Technical Interface: Receive client boards (HDF, MDF, plywood, laminated sheets) and verify material condition, quantities, and specifications upon arrival. Review client cutting schedules, dimensions, and edge-binding instructions to ensure technical feasibility before production begins. Provide accurate processing timelines, manage client expectations, and resolve job-related queries or modifications professionally. Factory Operations & Team Supervision: Assign daily cutting and edge-binding tasks to machine operators and general floor workers. Monitor operator workflow to maximize daily output while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Inspect finished cuts and edge banding for dimensional accuracy, clean edges, and proper adhesive bonding before client pickup. Oversee material storage, ensuring incoming and processed customer boards are organized, off the floor, and free from damage or moisture.
