Monitor operator workflow to maximize daily output while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Inspect finished cuts and edge banding for dimensional accuracy, clean edges, and proper adhesive bonding before client pickup. Oversee material storage, ensuring incoming and processed customer boards are organized, off the floor, and free from damage or moisture.
