You'll play a key role in translating business goals into well-defined product requirements: while ensuring our roadmap aligns with user needs and company objectives. We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is passionate about turning ideas into high-quality product releases. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Growth, and Leadership teams to ensure every sprint delivers measurable value. This is a hands-on execution role where you will own our end-to-end product delivery process. You'll manage our product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery blockers, and ensure releases are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate releases using our SAFe-inspired Agile framework, ensuring dependencies are managed and delivery milestones are achieved. Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, Story Points, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done. Work with Clinical, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and continuously improve the product experience. Track sprint health, team velocity, release quality, product metrics, and delivery performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership. Partner closely with Engineering to understand technical architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and implementation trade-offs, enabling informed product decisions. Work closely with UX/UI designers using Figma to review wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and ensure designs are ready for engineering handoff. Use Miro to facilitate product discovery workshops, map user journeys, customer workflows, business processes, release plans, and cross-functional collaboration. Own and manage the product backlog using Zoho Sprints , ensuring it remains prioritised, groomed, and aligned with business objectives. Plan and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning. Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar) to improve product documentation, backlog refinement, user story creation, meeting summaries, release notes, and overall delivery efficiency. Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to support Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, launch readiness, feature adoption, user communication, and post-launch feedback. Continuously identify opportunities to improve Agile processes, team collaboration, delivery predictability, and product quality. Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations for executive leadership, partners, customers, and potential investors, showcasing progress, new features, and business value. Identify, communicate, and remove delivery blockers quickly to keep teams productive and focused. Own the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation. Our Product Stack: You should be confident working with: Zoho Sprints (Primary Agile delivery platform) Mobile and web product development environments Agile Scrum and SAFe Release Planning Figma (Design collaboration and developer handoff) Miro (Product planning, user journeys, workflow mapping, collaboration) AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar Requirements: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities can evolve quickly. Must be proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity and delivery. Strong practical experience: using Zoho Sprints and Miro. Good understanding of Figma and design collaboration. Highly organised, proactive, and delivery-focused. Minimum of 3 years' experience: as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Agile Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager. Experience: in HealthTech, FemTech, or startup environments is an advantage. Experience: managing Agile delivery from discovery through release. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be available for a full-time remote role during agreed working hours. Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, frontend/backend architecture, and software development lifecycles. N250,000 - N500,000 monthly.
