This position delivers a technical job program that maximizes our opportunity to meet the job objectives in line with the contract terms and conditions. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application is understood and has been considered. Responsibilities: As a Technical Support Engineer , you will be responsible for: Working with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to understand the clients well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms for Baker Hughes (i.e. outcome based contract, line item contract etc…) Performing offset well / similar job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential Working together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services has been considered Designing a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the clients objective and maximize revenue potential and future job assignments for Baker Hughes Working with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to ensure any risk of meeting the clients objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels/processes for the respective client Accurately documenting any calculations/simulations/plan revision and/or changes during the project cycles for visibility to dependent teams and audit purposes. Case Worker for Field Incidents related to products / services Ensuring investigation is in line with the latest process for failure investigations and considers the end to end process, from job planning, preparation, execution in order to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions to enable flawless execution Ensuring timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection Advise on product improvement opportunities for repetitive component / product failures Being responsible for providing sales support and product application recommendations Requirements: To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
