We are looking for a Graphics / Brand Designer who translates strategic and creative direction into strong visual communication across brand, campaign, digital and media-led materials. Key Responsibilities: Adapt designs across multiple formats, sizes and platforms. Create and maintain visual assets in line with established brand identities. Develop graphics for social media, campaigns, presentations, proposals and brand materials. Design static posts, carousels, stories and promotional materials. Maintain organised source files and production-ready artwork. Create motion graphics, animated assets and simple video treatments where required. Develop campaign concepts into polished visual executions. Support event, activation, print and experiential design requirements. Contribute visual ideas during creative development and campaign planning. Work with Strategy and Digital/Content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals. Requirements: 2–4 years of professional graphic/brand design experience. Experience: designing for real estate, property or hospitality brands is required. Ability to interpret briefs and work independently from creative direction. Experience: creating social media and campaign assets. Strong understanding of typography, composition and brand systems. A strong portfolio is required. Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation is required. Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
