This role requires a highly organised professional who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and transform complex information into actionable recommendations and professional-quality deliverables. The Associate Consultant will support the development and delivery of consulting engagements across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Research & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder mapping and environmental scans for consulting assignments. Conduct market, industry, policy, regulatory, and competitor research. Develop research reports, briefing notes, and insight papers. Support needs assessments, organisational assessments, and business diagnostics. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities relevant to client projects. Gather, analyse, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data. Consulting & Advisory Support: Assist in preparing client presentations and advisory reports. Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder consultations. Develop recommendations based on research findings and project outcomes. Support the design and implementation of business improvement initiatives. Contribute to organisational development, strategy, governance, and operational improvement projects. Assist in the planning and execution of consulting engagements. Proposal & Business Documentation Development: Produce professional client-ready documents that meet consulting standards. Develop project charters, work plans, and monitoring frameworks. Draft strategic plans, operational plans, and implementation roadmaps. Create policies, procedures, manuals, and organisational documents. Prepare feasibility studies and project reports. Develop high-quality concept notes, proposals, business cases, and project frameworks. Project Management Support: Liaise with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders as required. Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting. Prepare project status reports and progress updates. Coordinate project activities and track deliverables. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
