Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational programs and projects. Lead the development and execution of program strategies, annual work plans, and operational priorities aligned with organizational goals. Perform other related related duties that support the achievement of the organization’s mission and strategic objectives. Identify funding opportunities, manage program risks, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and represent the organization in high-level engagements and strategic forums. Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to program teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Ensure program quality, impact, compliance, and effective monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting processes. Requirements: 7–9 years of progressive experience: in program leadership, management, and implementation within nonprofit, development, or social impact organizations. A PhD or Master’s Public Policy, Political Science, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience: leading multi-sectoral programs, managing cross-functional teams, and engaging donors through proposal development and reporting. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, accountable, and mission-driven approach. Strong expertise in program strategy, project management, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding, and results-based programming.
