Produce and illustrate high-quality UI/UX design ideas and solutions through wireframes, storyboards, visual & graphic designs, process flow diagrams, site maps and prototypes. Collaborating with the marketing team, internal and external designers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user. Facilitating gathering and evaluating user requirements: in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Maintain and contribute to the design system. Proficiency in Figma. Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on feedback. Translate product requirements: into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science, IT or Telecom background (Minimum 2:2) Interface with multiple business functions and organizations, as well as multiple specialists, in defining, producing and managing plans for successful project delivery. 4-15 years of Product design experience. Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that projects meet defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints. Must have a strong portfolio N500,000 - N2,000,000 monthly.
