Work collaboratively with receptionists, nail technicians, hairstylists, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain confidentiality of client information. Keep accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and preferences. Assist in achieving the spa's customer satisfaction and revenue targets. Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues where necessary. Perform any other duties assigned by the Spa Manager or Operations Manager. Welcome clients warmly and provide a professional, relaxing experience. Stay updated on new spa treatments, products, and industry trends through continuous learning. Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to increase sales. Sterilize and sanitize equipment and tools in accordance with health and safety standards. Schedule and confirm client appointments when required. Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on clients' needs. Monitor clients' comfort and well-being throughout treatments. Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ensure fresh linens, towels, and supplies are always available. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment room before and after each session. Qualifications Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field. Knowledge of skincare products and wellness treatments is an added advantage. 1–2 years of experience: in a reputable spa or wellness center. Current certification in massage therapy or related treatments is an advantage.
