Build and manage a strong pipeline of tenders, bids and proposals Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client engagements What You Bring Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA an advantage Demonstrated record of winning contracts in the power/engineering space Minimum of 10 years' business development/sales experience: in power, engineering or related industries Excellent negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
