What You Will Do Set and execute BD strategy across both the power training and engineering consulting divisions Identify, pursue and close new business with utilities, industrial clients and government agencies Partner with technical teams to shape winning proposals and pricing. Build and manage a strong pipeline of tenders, bids and proposals Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client engagements What You Bring Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA an advantage Demonstrated record of winning contracts in the power/engineering space Minimum of 10 years' business development/sales experience: in power, engineering or related industries Excellent negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
