We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Terminal Operations Manager (Southwest) Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Drive exceptional customer experience: by maintaining service quality, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing service improvement initiatives. Manage regional operational budgets and resources effectively to optimize costs and improve profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Experience: Officers, HR, Finance, Tech, and Maintenance, to support seamless business operations. Oversee the daily operations of the assigned terminal within a region, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
