Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to guests professionally. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures. Handle phone calls, bookings, and customer inquiries. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness. Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: OND/HND qualification. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, banking, or related roles is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn booking systems. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Location: Ijaiye/Ojokoro, Lagos.
