We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to take full responsibility for Paramount Furniture’s overall business performance, including production, sales, and operations. This is a senior leadership role requiring proven experience: in general management within the furniture manufacturing industry. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the business with a strong focus on operational excellence, efficient manufacturing, and profitable growth across our retail, contract, and institutional sales channels.
