The ideal candidate will have strong experience: in both human resources administration and recruitment, with the ability to effectively manage HR processes, identify, attract, and hire top talent across various roles. The role requires a highly organized and professional individual who can work in a fast-paced consulting environment, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to building an efficient and productive workforce. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage end-to-end recruitment processesincluding sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment databases for clients. Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and manage communication with candidates and clients. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare HR and recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations. QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience: in HR administration and recruitment. Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience: is essential. Previous experience: working in a consulting firm or fast-paced environment is an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
