The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, excellent facility standards, proper financial and administrative record-keeping, effective staff coordination and consistent business growth. The role requires a proactive individual who can combine administrative leadership with customer management, sales coordination, facility supervision and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space and ensure that all services run efficiently. Coordinate bookings for hot desks, private offices, meeting rooms and virtual-office services. Monitor daily occupancy, customer traffic, membership usage and service-package validity. Supervise front-desk, customer-service, cleaning and other operational personnel. Prepare staff schedules, assign duties and monitor employee performance. Ensure that the workspace remains clean, secure, professional and welcoming. Coordinate electricity, internet, water, cleaning, maintenance and other essential facility services. Manage office supplies, consumables, equipment, assets and inventory. Liaise with vendors, technicians and service providers and monitor the quality and cost of their work. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, bookings, payments, renewals and outstanding balances. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and performance reports for management. Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to reduce waste without affecting service quality. Support the preparation and implementation of annual budgets and operational plans. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures, customer-service standards and workplace policies. Manage customer complaints and resolve escalated service issues professionally. Monitor membership renewals and follow up on overdue payments and expiring packages. Support sales, customer-retention and business-development activities. Develop strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, customer satisfaction and repeat patronage. Coordinate community programmes, business clinics, networking events and partnership activities. Maintain relationships with clients, partners, vendors and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management. Requirements: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ relevant experience: in administration, operations, facility management, hospitality, coworking or a service-based business. Previous experience: supervising employees and coordinating daily business operations. Strong administrative, organisational and leadership abilities. Good understanding of customer service, sales and business operations. Ability to prepare operational reports, budgets and basic financial records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities: and work with limited supervision. High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
