We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil / Structural Engineer to oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design coordination to execution and completion. The successful candidate should possess strong technical expertise in structural and civil engineering, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure availability of required tools, equipment, and construction materials on-site. Manage project resources efficiently to achieve cost-effective execution. Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and engineering standards. Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved design specifications and quality standards. Manage project costs and monitor expenditures within approved budget constraints. Ensure compliance with local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations. Source and coordinate the appropriate workforce, subcontractors, and professionals for project execution. Maintain safe construction sites and ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. Determine and select materials required for each stage of construction activities. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Ensure structures are designed and constructed to withstand required loads and environmental conditions. Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource plans for successful project delivery. Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Design construction phases and develop project execution strategies. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement.
